"Rich" thread

While you spend your money irresponsibly I'll sit back and laugh. Those houses you buy are going to have annual taxes eating away your cash quick.

aint %#+% gonna change, except imma finally be able to pull broads now.

Im still gonna live in the same hood, same house, and chill with my peoples.

I will buy my parents their house and cars.

If i had only a couple Mil I would still keep my job, but invest it.

I wouldn't buy a new house or car right off the bat.

I would take care of my car payments and credit cards first.

After the money stacks for awhile, I would take a early retirement, depending on how my investments are doing.

If you think about it the average person will see a million or more dollars come in and out of their life over time, but you just don't see it in one lump sum, so a milli def ain't enough to keep you a float for the rest of your life.

Everything said above and I would go back to Jamaica and build a couple community centers for the kids in and around my garrison so they don't grow up with that gun man mentality

it won't

But 1 million invest wisely....will go far.

You give me 1 MM today and even a 10% return ever year = $100,000 first year, $121,00 second year and so on. That's being conservative.
I can def return more than 10% a year.

I have 3 very close friends who's services I'd buy. One is a personal trainer and health nut that's been wanting to smang me for the last 5 years. .My home boy graduated with a Econ degree from Harvard and is prolly headed to Harvard law. That's as dope as it gets - a lawyer you can actually trust (Well, besides my pops

). And he might be a decent accountant one day as well. Lastly, my homiegirl is at John Hopkins getting her med school on. Between the 3 of them, I feel I'd be able to make some solid "quality of life" improvements RIGHT away. Can't wait..

Change it all to euros and stash it in a european bank (higher interest rates on euros), get 5% a year interest
So you get 100 000 $ a year which is 8k a month to spend.
