Most of you won't even know/remember Temple of the Dog. RIP Chris, your voice will live on. Damn only Eddie left now more or less.

Truly one of the greatest songwriters, vocalists and frontmen of the past fifty years.

I still regret not being able to get the cash together to see Soundgarden perform when I was fifteen, and am thankful that I got to see Audioslave perform at their first ever gig in England.

Will be listening to a LOT of this guy's singing over the next few days - starting with his amazing Billie Jean cover.

In 1991, two girls performed Hunger Strike at the High School talent show.

That's how I got put on.

Saw Soundgarden and Nine Inch Nails 3 years ago. Finally was able to see two bands that really influenced me growing up. 

Cornell had beaten addiction, seen numerous friends and peers pass, and I truly believed he and Eddie would be the ones that survived. This one hit me hard, much like Lemmy's passing as a punk. 

Rest in Power Chris. You will be missed and always loved.
