What's crazy is that I heard about the crash earlier, and just now looked at the youtube video, which started out with an on-board view from Wheldon. It wasn't until the end of the video when I looked at the comments that I learned that he died.

It was bad, really bad. three cars were in the air at same time like it was out of a video game, really surprised it doesnt happen more with these types of cars where there isnt any protection above their helmets. RIP Wheldon

Wow just read the articles and saw pics, haven't watched the video yet. Very sad, Indy racing is so fast and the drivers are so exposed it is almost surprising it doesn't happen more often. Scary stuff
