Police officer shouldn't be able to look for another police job in another state if they are dishonorably discharge or have been found guilty of a crime.

My own radical thought:
Make it much harder for white people to become police officers.

Though it's hard to even imagine crossing the blue line, we have to find ways to encourage better actors to join; cause in the end a civilized society needs police and we can't just affect change from the outside.

I wish there were better incentives for brothers to join, outside of authoritarian power. Like, if there were similar incentives to what's promised to kids going to the Army then there would never be staffing issues and a lot more diversity albeit

So the other cop in the rayshard Brooks case, the seemingly good one, is gonna get charged with aggravated assault because they said he stood on his shoulder while he laid their dying. His lawyers saying he had a concussion and didn't know what he was doing or where he was.

So now he cooperating. Lol.

I would personally refrain from this. I lost all trust and loyalty towards cell phone companies and their ideas. Information in our phones are being requested from law enforcement without our consent and the companies give it up without resistance. So if they work hand to hand, I pass. I cant trust that I will record footage of a racist cop and all of sudden I "must" upgrade my phone and poooof... the footage is unretrievable or it magically disappeared.

I'm straight..... I can do my own recording...

I don’t know about Atlanta but most big cities have a police commissioner which insulates the police force from democratic accountability. The police department gets allocated money (most of the city budget), the mayor appoints a commissioner but the mayor cannot fire officers or set policy in the police department.

Funny thing about being white and then being supported through white supremacy is that through its creation, it slowed the evolution of white people. Even with the so called best schools, they’ve rendered themselves totally dependent upon a system that does them a huge disservice. White supremacy does them no favors in regard to intelligence, higher thought. So if there is police reform, nobody white should get the job in the first place IF intelligence is to be the barometer.

That's why black and brown immigrant's kids come over and tear their children's lil white asses up in medical school.

White folk want to keep police around bc they know the institution continues to insulate their way of life. I would love to see their entire way of living dismantled and how fragile their psyche’s would be if they faced the trauma that we hand wave every single day.
