Not surprised. Just have to keep working. We got stuff passed in Colorado but it was after a blue wave in our local politics and even then, the police union was trying to scare people. Until we get more progressives in to office, moderates will continue to abandon ship when the police union starts calling. Glad they at least passed other measures that will impact qualified immunity even though they didn't get rid of it.
