11 US should be your ideal size if you have regular feet.Might consider getting a pair of Gel Lyte V Sage's from 2014 or whenever.
In terms of sizing, I'm a 10.5 in Air Force 1's, an 11 in Jordans, 11.5 in AMIII's, 10.5 in most New Balances.
Should I go with or could I get away with an 11.5 in those Gel Lyte V's? Thanks for any insight.

don’t bother with email just wait for them to get back to you on Twitter. I swear they have literally like 1 person on customer service duty. Happened to me too. They took 3 days to respond with ” what’s your order number “ than another 3 days with “ we’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours” than a response a week later. Ronnie must be paying his CS staff like $2.00 an hour or something.

Yeah thats what I did, the clear plastic bag Nike puts them in was ripped and just folded in by the pants lmao like they just threw the pants in the shipping bag and threw the bag in too.
