definitely dont agree with you. the man talks a great deal about loyalty to his customers, but uses loopholes like selling a random sneaker to gain the chance the CHANCE at getting the product every one has their eyes on. if you want a loyal customer base, you gotta learn how to be loyal to your customers simple principle that he doesn't care for
