If he got a chargeback he might as well take the L. Some POS hit me with one and I had screenshots from emails of him THANKING me for the merchandise and then later saying that the chargeback was a mistake (yet he wouldn't cancel it) and paypal still sided with himPaypal straight scums.
So my friend actually went to sneakertalk's old PMs and screen-shotted the tracking # and gave it to paypal...:x![]()
I once bought some fake XI back in 09 and I filed a claim with paypal. I even typed up my own form and had a employee from Niketown to fill it out and point out the flaws. I faxed it to paypal with the employees info and Niketown info. The seller said the employee was unqualified to judge the shoes cause Nikes and Jordans were two separate entities and brands. Smh x 1000. That argument won him the claim. Back then they only allow you to have 2-3 responses while paypal investigate so I wasn't unable to defend myself. Needless to say paypal took his side :x x1000. Since then I haven't sold or bought anything from eBay for like 3 years.
Paypal straight scums.
