Legal its not but you can get the charges dropped if you present your case right. What jury gonna put a man in jail for killing his daughters rapist?

It depends on the time frame between the rape and the killing. If they happend very closely together then u MIGHT get away w/ it by claiming emotional distress, etc etc. But if u kill the rapist let's say 1month after the rape then that's premeditated murder, Mens Rea, and that's a big no no
