in my defense.. i didn't know it wouldn't get edited out without the space, and once i realized it hadn't been, i went and edited them all.literally right after i did the last one and was on my way back to general i got the ''you've been banned'' screen.. @@!@ hurt my heart alittle bit

I was drunk and tried to login to NT that night and it said i was BANNED

i couldnt figure out why though.

I vaguely remember that but I wasn't a member yet, I used to just lurk.

You have to prove yourself capable of following the rules. Most members never even pick up a warning. It's generally just the few people who get way TOOinto the site and become caught up in
1) Trying to get attention (positive or negative) and impress at any cost.
2) Trying to protect an "e-rep."

People who prioritize the site appropriately (i.e. as supplement to, not substitute for, real life) tend to have zero problems with the rules. It's reallynot difficult. You have to go out of your way to act like a jerk, post about illegal activities, pornography, etc. in order to wind up banned. We'relenient enough that one little mistake as far as cursing etc. is generally forgivable.

NT isn't for everyone. Fortunately, there's a world of alternatives out there and if childish trolling's your thing, the d-league's a clickaway. So, you'll excuse me if I'm not fazed by complaints from the troll set. The rules are simple, easy to follow, and clearly posted. If you smashyour head into a wall, you don't blame the wall. Trip over the same curb every single day, don't blame the curb. It is what it is. Stay up or stayout. There's a big world out there.

If you give an account to a banned member, you're helping a banned member circumvent their ban/suspension. The account is considered compromised and isbanned from the site. "extra" accounts floating around pose a security risk and we eliminate them whenever possible.
