Spots To Hit In The Los Angeles Area...

Im in Cerritos on business til saturday. To my SoCal brethren, what are some staples of the LA area or spots to hit up while im here? I spent the summers here while in gradeschool as half of my family lives here so im familiar with a few areas, but first time actually navigating the terrain solo without the latch key.

Hit Roscoe's in the LBC for lunch earlier (as usual when i fly in) and hitting Little India (first time) at some point tomorrow. But i need some ideas on how to maximize my stay here. Like a night hot spot and viewpoints of the LA skyline at night.
