I don't know if I am going to make it, bros. Got some terrible news Friday morning and haven't eaten since, nor have I really slept much either. Workout was extra tough this morning and I weighed in at a light 150lbs.

Deads: 315x6, 285x8, 255x10
Chins: +75x6, +55x8, +35x10
Pendlay rows: 155x5x3

My heart was racing and I was sweating horribly the whole time.
 
No shade at all bro. when I was still in college a had something similar to that in my dorm :lol:

Would roll out of bed and max out first thing in the morning :lol:

Hit 315 on incline today, pretty easy too. Ill take it since I don't really go heavy on it very often.
 
Had a deadlift party with some random bro at the gym I've never talked to before. He set up a bar beside me and we got after it. I was deadlifting 3 plates and change, and he was doing 5 and worked up to 6. It was legit working with someone since I never lift with a partner.
