What's a good shoulder/arm/chest lift with Dumbbells.

Trying to think back to football camp, I got nothin. :lol

I guess curl into a shoulder press maybe but is there something better?

you mean, like one exercise that encompasses all three body parts with just dumbells? maybe if you had a barbell you could power clean and press. you could mimic that act with dumbbells.

Yeah basically. No reason, I just like those lifts better. That's a good idea I could do that. Create a lift :hat me and my roommate just go ham on The dumbells, always trying to find a new lift.
 
probably my biggest vice i guess is drinking soda. i'm super lazy but there has been times i've walked like 5 blocks carrying my son just to go to the store and buy a soda. diet dr. pepper and diet coke.....pretty much any diet soda.

drink water when i workout though.
 
Any supps you guys can recommend for cardio?

Something that can give me some energy.. I workout at the end of the day after work so just need something to get me going.. Little endurance boost doesn't hurt

Regular preworkouts just seem to make me burnout because of all the caffeine



Any help is appreciated

All jokes aside, I much rather workout in the morning cause the day gets me tired, just push through and stop thinking you need a PWO or your gonna get dependent on it.

Do you remember way back then... I think maybe 6 years ago. He started a P90X Challenge thread.

People were kind of clowning him because it took him more than 3 months but dude was shredded (I think he was only 165lbs?)

Then he started getting into heavy lifting and people were calling him out :{ I actually like the dude. He cool in my book!
 
I remember getting on him a few times when he stop working out and his arms went to ****. Glad dude got back in shape. Im about to hit the gym and hooping hard.

Damn, didn't even know Fousey was on NT. Some of his pranks are good, but no one touches Vitaly da gawd.

That's cool though. Fousey seems like a cool, humble dude from some of his vlogs. One recent vlog he did he started out with talking about the power of speaking things into existence, positive energies, etc etc. Self help/mental kind of stuff I'm into as well. Didn't know he was ripped like that though. Good for him.
 
Fousey is still lame. Dude is lucky he didn't get knocked out when he was making the gym prank videos.
 
Fousey was cool, just used to get annoyed abt how he was so dramatic abt everything and seemed like he had a woe is me attitude making threads abt it all. It's not that serious lol. Other than that he was cool
