I hate when you have idiots who aren't even lifting THAT heavy and putting on the show that goes with that crap.. dropping dumbbells and shhhIdont have a personal problem with cross fot. And it seems the hype went down for it where people just had to let you know.. only thing im tired of is people dropping the weight in the middle of our little commercial gym doing oly lifts. My only gripe
If you do switch to plant based protein I would recommend you don't get Garden of Life RAW protein
I wouldn't go full vegan..
try to stick to chicken and fish on weekdays.. and eat healthy then too
but I cut out almost all dairy out of my diet and it has worked wonders.. after I finish my current tub of whey protein, I'm going switch to a plant based protein powder
I ask because my girl is vegetarian and into yoga
She does it because she can't stand the thought of killing an animal and the way they are mistreated at these food farms. Which i get. I understand the sustainable food argument and how the meat industry hurts the environment due to the methane they produce. I do i get it all and think if you want to be vegan or vegetarian or whatever then thats great...but the argument i can't understand is taste....
Needless to say i have been eating a lot more fruits and vege's and meat supplements these days when i eat with her. They are tasty. Those beyond Meat things...the chicken...really not bad. But i am not sure how i feel about all the soy based ingredients and overly processed foods. Like something tells me putting together a ton of plant products through manufacturing has to have some bad side effects.
I was going go with vega products..

You might as well drink sand.
