Facebook let me know 2 years ago today i hit 405 squat for the first time. It was sloppy no real depth .
2 years later hit 415. Deeper felt more secure and with out knee wraps.
Been stretching more working on flexibility and not just strength

Lol i dont even know...im at around 250 right now. i wanted to hit 1k on the big 3, which i did but i want to do it with better form, so im working on that. My mens bball league starts back up in Jan and i was plannjng to go lighter weights/more reps for a few months
 
I couldn't even hold my 125lbs snatch.

Yeap, time to go to the doctor about this left shoulder. :frown:

Going for 100s soon. Since I can't get past 225 on bench for reps I'll go big boy in db instead.

Then just a bunch of dips and flys then some heavy *** machine dips.

Week 3 DL done. 1 more week of these circuits thank god. "Get em daddy" by killa came on and i had that on repeat all day **** had me hype. "A few they clapped but i ate those, them ***** was scooby snacks"

They could taste better for sure but they have almost double the calories.... I for one don't want to waste that many calories on a bar, you could have a Quest and a shake with the same amount of calories and almost double the protein.

Plus chocolat chip cookie dough>>>>>>>>>>>>

Yeh I agree on the calorie part. I usually won't eat a whole bar.
Flavourwise they rock.
There is a brand here called systemax that make the best choc caramel bars ever. Goey caramel.
2g sugars and 180 calories a bar same size as quest. Even the chocolate tastes like real stuff. Like having a mars bar but firmer

week 3: 5 sets of 7 reps @ 75% of max

week 4: 4 sets of 9 reps @ 70% of max

week 5: 4 sets of 8 reps @ 60% of max

Never heard of it. Is it just a 5 week program? 6th week u test ur max? I tried googling it but i keep getting links to buy dudes book :lol:

Does it piss anyone else off to see people do leg day with UBs/NMDs? I have a pair of UB 1.0s and can't imagine doing any type of leg activity (especially heavy squats/DLs) in them but I see dumb chicks and the occasional guy wear them on leg day...

It just seems like a good way to permanently flatten your boost and hurt yourself pretty quickly.
