Yup, my own brother says that because he travels for work he had no time to workout... Smh. I give him options to do at the hotel gym, but he like nah. Welp

Wth... I love when I get to travel for work, as far as working out goes. I can get my work done and then stay as long at the gym as I want. I be at the gym for 2 hrs when I travel. That's assuming there's a real gym in the area, not the crappy hotel gyms. But in those cases still no excuse to get something in.



Side note I tried dumbbell suitcase carries today. They felt alright. I used 90 lb dbs. I'll keep doing them and try 100s next time. I threw in some farmers which I like a lot more

I travel for work all the time but I've found a way to use that to my advantage when it comes to exercise.

If you're at a hotel, not many times you're going to have a pool at your convenience a few feet away. Or a fairly empty gym you can have your way with.

I also love boxing, so if I'm in LA, I'll hit Wildcard. I'm going to Albuquerque next week so I'm stopping my Jackson/Wink for some work.

Got kicked at soccer saturday in the calf....still can't walk without a limp

Went to a sports doctor....grade 3 intramuscular contusion. Expected to take 3 weeks before i can return to full activity :smh: just when squats and deadlifts were progressing well too :smh:. Been still doing chest and arms routines but can't even walk right. Super painful and real depressing :smh:

Sorry to hear brah.

One thing that might help is voodoo flossing your injured calf and performing rom (range of motion) exercises. Take off the voodoo band and them perform the rom exercises again. The idea is to restrict blood when wrapped, then when you remove the wrapping, the blood rushes through the injured area which helps with recovery. Do maybe 5 to 10 minutes of that.

talked to the Doctor, no Surgery, slowly climbing back fellas it will be awhile but squating with weight again hit 185 hurt a bit.

still a bit cold outside but it's warming up a bit out here. goign to Japan in May hitting some hot springs want to start cleaning up a bit before I go though.
