1 week with no meat in the books. a lot easier than I thought it would be. gonna try to go another week, then I'll prolly indulge in some bbq on Labor Day weekend. after that I may try to go a whole month if I'm feeling up to it

did both sumo (for the first time) and conventional. started from 115 and worked up to 185.
no pain, but the left cheek felt just a tad bit numbed. the real test is tomorrow though when I wake up to see how it feels

I stopped deadlifting over 225 since I herniated my disc last year. best decision I ever made, my back doesn't get those numbed sharp pains anymore.first time deadlifitng since I took a month break from my lower back injury.

I’m down to 187, my goal is 180. I was 250 in March.
