Thanks bro, I mean in a way I wear it as a badge of honor since it happened (IMO) as a result of me doing so much ecliptical work, I remember about 5 months in I'd get off the machine after ~80 minutes and hobbling off, without thinking much of it and just chalking it up to being sore or something...wasn't until last summer when I saw a specialist and he diagnosed me with the condition that it all made sense...dat desperation to see change was real, and I have it to thank/blame

Since every1 talking bout injuries and stuff. Its been 5 weeks now since I squatted or deadlifted. After that accident when I was squatting 215 (my regular weight ,but my body was kind of stressed from my job. But then I manned up and thought "no pain no gain" in my head)I squatted down 2 reps then third rep a huge sting pain with a loud cracking sound from lower back and left leg. It hurt to walk for like 3-5 days but 5 weeks break I'm back to normal I think. Think I might squat lightweight tomorrow....

You hate benching and you don't deadlift. Do you not squat or OHP either fam? Lol

i bench of course :lol:

i just dont like it because i dont move up in it. been focusing on it more but its just uncomfortable even with decent form.

i might just go head and stick with DB bench presses instead

gonna try get back into squatting, i still have this weird injury that isnt my groin but has caused my to not play ball or work out my legs. its painful, just started slowly working them out, hopefully by next month ill be squatting again.
Go to a doc if you haven't already bruh. Being able to squat again will definitely have a positive effect on your other lifts.

Had the most brutal leg workout to date.

5x5 315 lbs for Squats... Once I got to my 4th and 5th set, I had to psyche myself to keep going.

Tried to do a drop set, but my legs weren't with it.

I'm doing 1 Legged Leg Press for the next 6-8 weeks as well. Seems to take the hips out of the equation... More emphasis on the hamstrings and glutes.

Finished with 6 sets of Lunges... I started shaking :lol:. Dudes were telling me to take a break.

But man after a night of drinking and not remembering much, you wake up and feel/look lean as hell due to the dehydration.

Then you continue to mope around all day feeling like doing nothing lol. I know that feel.

Got some whey and some creatine tablets.

Anyone else suggest any other supplements?

Coming off my cooldown time from my wisdom teeth getting pulled on top of a two week 'gym vacation' leading up to that and lost so much muscle mass

Haha. I was on my phone and I noticed the misspelling but was way too lazy to fix it.
Giving up beers definitely sounds appealing right about now though. I have a pretty good control over it though - drinking like once a week.

Honestly, IDK how you fellas do it, me personally, I had some drinks last Friday night in LV @ Tao, the next morning as usual, my joints were sore as F!!!, more intense than any workout i've put myself through! Hell, the day after having a few drinks, dragging myself through the expo felt like a damn workout :lol:
