Between pee in a cup and blood test you they should be able to knock the majority of the test out. So if you arent burning or "Willy Lump-Lump" you just need to ask for that and you should be covered. All that cotton swab talk used to be the standard but is BS now.

Blood test for HIV/Herpes type 1/2 (Also the rapid 20 min test can be takin for HIV)
piss in a cup for the rest. If you're fearful of syphilis and any form of hepatitis Im pretty sure its blood test (But thats for you dudes that mess with them cracked out, IV drug using skeeos and prosti's)
