That's what I'm saying. Dude could've at least warned the guy.
I'm guilty with the texting while driving thing as well. But I've been doing it less since I got my iPhone because of the touch screen.
Guilty with knee-driving as well. I do it regularly when coming from a drive-thru; sandwich/burger in one hand, drink on the other, and fries near the crotch area. Worst thing I've done while driving was eating a rice meal with a spoon and fork on the way to a meeting.

Seriously though, i doubt its very hard to record while driving. You dont need to take your eyes off the road.

very believable it was texting...the amount of reaction time is about right with someone not even looking at the road as opposed to drunk and paying attention and not being able to hold the car on a straight line...but a sober person (i hope) wouldn't push their luck that many times....I've had my close call and usually correct finish the text and put it down...iphone and shifting
