Pretty she's just a season 2 addition, to replace Translucent unless there was some small cameo, or mention of her in S1.

Stormfront is new this season. Stormfront is also male in the comics, so the showrunners really flipped the script on this one, having a female in the role.

Well, she can move about like Homelander, which other supes can't (at least, to that degree). Her lightning bolts are her version of Homelander's laser eyes, and clearly just as destructive. She's Homelander minus the insecurity and mommy issues.

She has a healing ability. If you rewatch before their sex scene the wound by the heat vision was already healing.
