HHNF was flawless.
Not even.

For what it was, I felt like that joint was an all around gem (minus dirty money)....

You don't mess with HHNF Dre?
Nah, I like HHNF.

But It's far from flawless...

I don't like 'Dirty Money'...Terrible song. Instant skippage.

And I don't particularly care for 'Wamp Wamp'. Like, I'll play it...But, that might get skipped too. It's not that bad. Definitely not asbad as Dirty Money

But, you can't say it's flawless...Then turn around and say 'that joint was an all around gem (minus dirtymoney)....'

See what I'm saying?

The Cookin Soul (producers of Max's Lip Singin) version of Wamp Wamp is incredible... They definitely need some soul samples on their next lp

Album was far from mediocre....you either get it or you don't. Keys Open Doors > whatever your favorite song in '06 was.

/\ You can't discuss the Neptunes production methods on here...everyone on here has been in the studio with them and has seen everything first hand so theyknow what goes on....

It's been stated by Chad in a number of interviews and even clips from studio sessions (ie. Making of Justified album) that P usually messes with the drumson the beat, and Chad usually the one on the melody. Like Chad corrects all of P's work. Go listen to the first version of Justin Timberlake's"Last Night" beat that P made and see how Chad fixed up the joint and made it sound so damn smooth and what he did on the bridge of Last Night.

I went back and listened to "Re-Up Gang" from front to back again & it's actually not half bad.

Damn it, where's Chad?
probably taking a leak. They don't have to be attached at the hip to make a record.

Their roles vary (as stated by Chad). The majority of that studio footage is of both of them reworking demo versions of the "Justified"tracks. Judging by that footage, there is no way of knowing that Chad was the one that created the bridge and "fixed up" "Last Night".
