They all do this though. Pretty much anytime that collective talks about music outside of mid 90's to 00's east coast rap, it's just ignorant & bias. They love PND, they talk about PND like he's on par w/ The Weeknd, Frank Ocean, or someone else good. PND is damn near purely trash & he proves it w/ every record he drops. The majority of their music takes r just dumb, & Brandy/Solange comparison just doesn't make sense.

I thought Brandy peaked when she first came out. It's weird, like her voice got worse as she got older. That raspy whisper she had later on wasn't it.

Yeah, I was off Brandy by Never Say Never. I have her first two CD's.

I think her voice was cool when she first came out, because she was young. But I find it odd how Joe and Rory act like she has a great voice. It was distinct, but not great.

And her music didn't age with me, and then her marriage/pregnancy **** was weird, and you saw how carefully crafted and fake her image was.

and opportunities she had
monica is by far the better singer
but the real beef with brandy is the reason
monica aint as accomplished as she should be
they almost came to blows

Whitney wasn't her godmother.

She idolized Whitney and was on her **** so much, it forced them together, because she would always mention her. They ended up doing a movie together. Whitney was drugged out at that point.

Nobody goes to Brandy for Whitney stories.

im not talking about her being there
when she was born
and if her parents died she would have custody type
when i say god mother
i say she she was a mother type figure in the industry
introduced her to folks
she looked up to whitney so much
and yes whitney was on dope
but not the whole time brandy knew her
and it wasnt force
and they were cool WAAAAAY before that movie

No she wasn't b.

She was on her **** so much mentioning her it eventually forced them together and Whitney said she was her godmother. They weren't close. She didn't introduce or mentor her. Brandy used to say that she was her mentor early, because she was her favorite singer.

If they were so close she wouldn't have been dating Ray J.

but wasnt some she was hounding her type steez like u mentioned
they didnt even really meet till an event
an awards show
cant remember which one
but brandy was a teenager at that time
and hollywood is weird
whitney having sex with ray j
is the least weird thing about the whitney and brandy connection
but i know u just gonna go with whatever u think

4 pages ago I know, and slightly "chatty", but I actually checked out a few minutes of a ep of the podcast she's on. She admitted that she had lipo and her boobs done. The *** is real tho :lol:

She definitely nice either way.
