Not every “dark person” experienced ridicule. There’s exceptions at every level, of course. Again I’m dark and never had issues or was clowned for my complexion.

And most of the girls who had a crush on me were light.

I have a light skinned female cousin RIGHT now, if she doesn’t wear lotion, then ankles be looking like dried up Elmer’s glue.

These “misconceptions” just have had people in a chokehold for so long that they don’t realize it.
