People are way too invested in the opinions of random podcasters. ****** be acting like they’re curing cancer, but they just ramble about unimportant topics for a few hours a week.

To later say I never said anything is funny, when you clearly said it with your chest. I hate Aubrey with a passion and everything he represents in hip hop and I would never be that emotional talking about him.

I don’t know if it’s COE or not but shorty has displayed being not the brightest and being a hypocrite in real time.

Not really surprising she said something then went back and said I didn’t say that I said this.

She did the same thing about some relationship **** and got caught doing it 10 min later after some fan said some spoken word that got her wet.

I've been saying that for the longest. I don't get the sense of entitlement people have from podcasters.

I don't care about none of that **** as long as I get two pods a week. I don't need you to be right, I just need to be entertained.

I listen to sports pods and never thought once about their daily lives. Does Zach Lowe go to the strip club too much? What is his wife doing? As long as you can put up 20 points and show up every night to hoop, **** your family. Is Luka married? I don't know and don't care.

Reminds me when I look at random clips and you see Flip get fatter and grayer. He was barely chubby when he started compared to how he is now.

YouTube TV and Disney had a disagreement, did the people who cared about football buy antennas to watch Monday night and college football?

3 times a week is hilarious. Bruh you gotta diet and lose the belly first to even do real workouts.

what are 'real workouts' tho? changing the diet would be optimal but even w/the belly, if folk changed their approach to actually trying to build muscle to get strong instead of doing a bunch cardio type things they'd see more sustainable progress but often folks try to 'burn calories' and end up losing some the lil muscle they do have & end up technically if not actually fatter...

🤷🏿‍♂️ what these man are doing but i can believe it...see people all the time at the gym that are regulars, in there daily, but no physique changes, they just really maintaining...they come in maybe do a slightly challenging lift, often an isolation on a machine rather than compound movement, of same weight, then hop on a cardio machine & then jump in the sauna

Can't build muscle with fat in the way.

Real workouts = anything that involves resistance and core movement.
 
Fat people can definitely build muscle in the beginning stages.

Any beginner can.

this...

it's part of why most fall off...when folk get in the gym to start or off a long 'hiatus' almost any/everything works but after that initial stage it gets harder to make that same progress

it's definitely man that build muscle despite being fat & even man that actually actively (not the best way to do it but it's a way) put on fat in order to actually build muscle...
