what are 'real workouts' tho? changing the diet would be optimal but even w/the belly, if folk changed their approach to actually trying to build muscle to get strong instead of doing a bunch cardio type things they'd see more sustainable progress but often folks try to 'burn calories' and end up losing some the lil muscle they do have & end up technically if not actually fatter...

what these man are doing but i can believe it...see people all the time at the gym that are regulars, in there daily, but no physique changes, they just really maintaining...they come in maybe do a slightly challenging lift, often an isolation on a machine rather than compound movement, of same weight, then hop on a cardio machine & then jump in the sauna
