I guess they no longer care if you got a voice for radio. Ice on Power would've been wicked

I’m not surprised he a whole ***** made ***** but to lie about it when there’s video proof
Pack this ***** up
If that’s the case R&B should’ve been ****** up in the 70s and never made it to the 90s.
The tech always existed. In the modern day the 2 artists that made auto tune popular is an R&B artist that can sing very well but felt he needed the gimmick and a rapper that doesn’t even write their own rhymes.
Unlike rap, where there just seems to be way more ppl hustling to get in, R&B artists and groups simply ain’t getting that support from labels anymore unless they’re obvious stars and make hits. So the 2 types are the few who are stars and get all the label support and singers who actually write their own music and play instruments and a lot of them ain’t trying to sign bad contracts.
Labels are still predatory but don’t really develop artists and new artists with some business sense ain’t willing to get jerked or they don’t have perceived star power so they only get paid for writing songs.
The tech is the same just more advanced. It’s the same application. The tech from Zapp and Roger to Teddy Riley to now are totally different.
The tech is the same just more advanced. It’s the same application.
Only change is more ppl who lack certain talents are willing to use it and the sound and style of music has changed enough to where it’s more accepted.
The tech isn't the same though.
Now the tech exist that turns a non-singer into a singer. It adjust the pitch and correct the notes. Teddy Riley didn't become a singer.
