The Eating Better thread

cooking is fairly simple, and a google search of what you want will yield plenty of options and recipes, some healthy, some not so much.  I truly never understand it when someone tells me they 'can't cook.'

Great smoothie I like is some Stonyfield Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of Amazing Grass wheatgrass, some chia seeds, some flax seeds, some hemp seeds if I have them, and usually a fruit like berries or grapes and maybe carrots. Be prepared to have that colon cleaned. But it actually tastes decent tbh.

Thread has potential.

I'll post some stuff in a little bit.  It'd be cool if we could get a lot of people to contribute to this.

Lets say I wanted to premake a smoothie, will it go bad if I don't drink it right away?

I'm gonna say it might lose some of its nutritional value if it doesn't get ingested immediately. I honestly don't know enough to give you a concrete answer. I make mine with one of those bullet blenders.

Ahh ok. Think I have an older model of the blenders like that at home, guess I'll used that instead and drink it after I make one.

Foremans are great for panini sammiches.

Healthy too
