I love Straight Outta Compton, hell I'm from the west, but this album HAS to be on that list.

This is what stood out to me off the list. NWA was a revolutionary change in Rap music.

But this is considered one of, if not THE, the greatest Rap album of all time.

This album changed the game... i think it has to be up there... even tho i love 36 Chambers.... GRODT atleast has to get a split with Black Album... 50 owned that year and the album is a classic... although i would much rather listen to TBA

Id say The Black Album is right where it should be.

GRODT was great dont get me wrong

but The Black Album is a timeless piece of work by Jay-Z.

Just pure magic.

i'd take Trap Muzik over GRODT and the black album

and Makaveli or eitehr Reasonable Doubt in 1996

This. and if buzz is a factor 50 had a tremendous buzz no doubt, but Hov had the world on they knees begging son to stay when he started that last album talk.
plus those last couple of lines on what more can i say felt more powerful to me than anything 50 said on GRODT.
