Those people who say theres no oppression/no systemic racism would they switch places with a minority?

Not switch places with some athletic or talented Black dude you see in the media.

Like just switch places with a Black version of yourself?

Like Paul Finebaum who says theres no type of oppression...would he switch places with a 61 yr old Black man from Tennessee?

Not a day in hell. :lol

Ppl really out chea acting like Kap taking a seat for a few mins is the worst / most embarrassing thing ever :{

Black ppl ain't even really start wildin yet considering what we go thru , **** really gon hit the fan if they can't handle a somebody sittin for an anthem

I'm saying.

This is getting borderline ridiculous, the lack of understanding by these old white dudes in the NFL is appalling considering all of them make their livings off the back of mostly black men.
Like they say " shut up and play" , N's might as well be robots to em ...one of the reason I can't ever get all the way in with the NFL is how they stuck on that old school mentality ...from race , to ownership , contract negotiations and even celebrations they don't wanna change ...this is firmly a league catered to the average white man that just wanna see blacks run around on the field then go outta sight

I ain't spend any money on the NFL in a min n I'll continue to keep my bread outta the leagues pockets

This reminded me of one of my favorite series of tweets that shows this mindset perfectly.

I hope all these people criticizing Kaep weren't all over social media slanging "R.I.P Muhammad Ali" all over the place. Would be quite hypocritical.

Those are the places you should be doing it, like LeBron James is doing it, like Carmelo Anthony is hoping to do it.

What are the differences in LeBron's action vs Melo's for Esiason to word it this way?

Gotta add swearing by the confederate flag to that too.

Because people actually listen to what LeBron has to say :lol

My goodness, just heard Cam Newton's comments on Kaep. One of the worst comments made so far. He can suck a fat **** too. CLOWN.

I can't find a link. He continued with the **** he said from GQ. We're all the same, 1/8th of an inch of our skin is the only difference with people. Who is he to say if Kaep is right or wrong. Hahahaha, it was so bad I can only laugh.

Not surprised w/ Cam. Some guys can't bear that pressure from the status quo. We see it happening with Richard Sherman too. Once there's a racial element to a narrative surrounding them, it's like they say "wait, I don't know if I want this...let me step away from this and fall in line".

You know they were.

America HATED Ali for a long time until he kept showing his greatness and basically forced people to like him. Then they loved him when he couldn't speak anymore. Their worse nightmare is another Ali. A great, accomplished athelet who speaks up. They want a bunch of Michael Jordan's. Dudes who just entertain them and don't say nothing.

Steven A. said he was dancing better than MC Hammer, Fred Astaire, Michael Jackson and New Edition combined.

If he danced this well on the field maybe he makes Von Miller miss and he wins a SB.

Instead he out here on his Gregory Hines for the same people that been ******** on him his whole career.

How can is acting is just weird tho ...the media/white ppl was hating on him for some of the pettiest **** ( frowning, dancing, the old stuff from college ) yet he seems to be trying to cater to em ...guess all that for him shook, anything to stay in the good graces

It's funny because those two specifically have gotten some of the most racist coverage/backlash of any player in the league.

Between Sherman's whole post game interview about Crabtree and basically Cam's whole career, them Bible Belt whites was livid.

Both of them was probably mad as **** like "I'm on your team!!!". :x :lol

When did Richard Sherman ever back down from anything he's said?

Then why do the interview if you gonna be dancing around Cam?!?!?

I been saying it, I wouldn't be surprised if the Panthers organization got in his ear and/or sponsors told him just be a good boy. Son might turn into Russell Wilson.
