Why should Cam be forced to do something he's uncomfortable with? Not everyone is an activist.

Not about being an activist, it's about being aware which he obviously isn't from these comments and the recent ones he made in GQ.

Watching Hard Knocks has rid me of all the worries I had that the Rams would be good this season.

Tavon Austin calling himself a "savage" and saying he plays "like I'm 6'3" :lol

Okay Tavon...

edit: and then getting bullied by William Hayes :rollin
You know they Rams were destined for 6-8 wins no matter what tho

And them lineman was treating my mans Tavon like a lil kid out there :lol

Even tho I wish he would stayed the course. We all know Cam isn't giving up that white collar after football money. This man has a damn TV show for kids.
Cams also aware everything he's ever said has been criticized. So it's kind of a lose/lose situation for him. But honestly outside of Colin(which has respect from me) show me another black qb that has the balls to stand up with him. I could've seen Vick do it before the dog thing but certainly not after

I know everyone hates this season but there's some rich irony in the last episode:

-Tavon talking about how savage and big he is and immediately getting punked.

-Tavon getting his huge contract after the management staff were talking about how he doesn't deserve that level of money and Jeff Fisher telling him "Congratulations, you deserve this."

-The narrator saying "Case Keenum is picking up the defending champion Bronco's defense in no time."

-Jared Goff being terrible and the coaching staff slowly realizing this.

Subcategory being about how no one listens to/respects the coaching staff:

-All the speeches the coaches make about being disciplined "No 7-9 bs" and then immediate huge fights that waste practice reps.

-Gregg Williams saying "He makes this catch and we're all fired" when that's blatantly untrue

-Them talking tough to their 2nd round pick DB about how he needs to fight for his roster spot and he blatantly knows their bs-ing and disrespects them in practice.

 great stuff.

^ rams and tavon are doing themselves a disservice.. if you're not prepared to do certain things, then the move makes no sense from either end

I don't expect much from cam on certain issues..

born in Georgia.. went to florida and auburn.. plays in charlotte

you got some uncle ruckussss (no relation) out there

Cam could have said no comment or refused the interview. This interview and his GQ one is ridiculous. He's a clown with that stupidity. He sounds ignorant as hell, **** him.

They're saying those pics of Kaep in the socks are from weeks ago.

Vick is better than Shaun Hill but he can't stay healthy. It's a waste. Wouldn't play more than three games. Would love to see him ball out in Minny but it won't happen. I think Minny has to go get Kaep. He's young and the most talented. He could ball with AP and that O line. Who knows when and how Teddy will be after his surgery.

Goff looks like such a wuss. Like, Sanchez flinching lining up at WR wuss.

Then so what? He's focused on being a great QB. He's not a spokesperson on race relations. Kaep is doing a great job at sparking discussion, why is Cam needed for validation?

^ then he shouldn't comment.. he doesn't have to have an opinion on the matter, especially if his focus is as you say elsewhere and he is not informed on the subject matter

If he said "I have no comment to your interview question", you guys would still blast him for not answering the question.

Agreed.. People want athletes to be role models and activist. They aren't that
. If they want to make a statement, protest or be like kaep. Not everyone can be ali.
Good for them if they do that type of ish.
If they don't, don't blast them for it.. They don't owe anybody anything.
Easy to be critical, and say what you would or wouldn't do when you aren't in the position they are in. They guys are entertainers. Outside of what they do and they jobs I don't care about them or what they say or do. I seperate the art from the artist at all times in just about every field of entertainment..

I haven't even read or heard what he said.. I know I'm only setting myself up to look down on dude

nothing he can say on the subject matter will add any value..

same goes for Charles barkley.. I don't expect to hear anything of substance come out of his mouth.. I listen to him to be entertained and see him make a fool of himself.. I don't want him to touch on serious topics because then it just stops being cute

That's not the point.

The reason why people are reacting to Cam is because you'd think his stance would reflect the reality that there's a strong under current of racism when it comes to HIS own critics. It wasn't necessarily about co-signing Kaep or throwing him under the bus. He isn't being asked to be a spokesperson on race relations. But his tone reeks of not wanting to "upset the establishment".

he's always been a certified clown, no going back for me

Skip and SAS are intolerable

I understand. I think Max is cool tho; when first came to the show it was refreshing.

I think my breaking point was the KD "you don't want to make an enemy out of me"

like KD should be worried about SAS :lol
