Beckham was thrown at nine times overall (seven with Norman in coverage), catching six of them (four vs. Norman) for 76 yards (30), a TD (one) and two wide open drops (two)

Norman is a good corner, but was certainly lucky on the wide open missed 60 yard TD bomb that was dropped
, numbers would've looked ugly.

OBJ has only 7 drops in his career. Two were in that game. I wonder why? Norman was in his head before the game even started.

He scored a TD. I'll give OBJ that. 4 catches for 30 yards I'd bet is BELOW his career per game average though. Norman won that battle.

the collector the collector how you gonna say dropped passes render the entire play irrelevant and can't be used to prop a WR for winning the position battle, then turn right back around and used drops to prop up your guy the CB, in that same position battle. :lol

Why not? We've seen evidence throughout the history of sports of players getting into other players heads. I've heard many sports stories from athletes who claim such a thing is real. It was obvious to me Norman got to him. Hence the penalties and suspension. Why can't that be attributed to him dropping two passes on just about any other day he'd catch? It's called using someone's argument against them.

Can anyone confirm or deny that 4 catches and 30 yards are OBJs averages? Was he held below his averages on that day?

Update: he averages 100.5 yards a game for his career. He was 70.5 yards below that vs Norman.

Update 2: if OBJ retired right now he'll lead the league all time in receptions per game at 6.9. He was below his average by 2.9 vs Norman.

Y'all want to act like getting behind him on defense for 1 play dropping the ball erases all I posted above. Your also discounting out of the 22 plays he covered OBJ why only 6 passes were thrown his way. Not all were running plays. On those passing plays he didn't get it thrown to him because he was locked up.

Also don't anybody confuse whatever happens Sunday with the game last season. If Norman gets torched that doesn't prove anyone right about last years game. I can already see dudes like "told you so" blah blah blah.

A NT veteran knows how it goes down. :lol

It's exactly what will happen too. Impossible for some to separate from the moment....Ive been there though.

I need 3 things this season:

1. Jags to make the playoffs
2. Norman to get torched by OBJ/Cruz
3. Brady to look shaky Weeks 5 & 6

The takes will be HOT!!!

1. If AR15 doesn't get it going... and their D isn't there yet
2. ESPN Radio said it best - 'Norman can hold him to 70 yards and a score and 'win', but if a chunk of those yards comes on a big 3rd down and it sets up the Giants for a game winning score, Beckham wins the match up'
3. Sadly not gonna happen, he'll play fine both weeks and beyond :{

If Pretty Jimmy doesn't go tonight in my eyes that means he's thinking about his future after New England. Didn't Tom play through that same injury multiple times ?

Corey Coleman breaks out last Sunday and now breaks his hand in practice and will be out 4-6 weeks.

Browns. :{

Seeing that Cam post then watching his interview is disgusting, I can see the puppet strings attached to him while he talks

Pats really 13-5 without Brady?

Hoodie really 5-0 with new new starters?

Misleading stat of the day...

Last 16 games:
Aaron Rodgers: 3,709 yards, 57.3%, 6.2 yards per pass
Sam Bradford: 4,266 yards, 65.6%, 7.2 yards per pass

Misleading?

Rodgers really hasn't been impressive for about a year now.

Yea Bradford had more volume but let's not act like Rodgers doesn't look like he's falling off.

. Kaep for Flacco, and Ray Lewis' legacy. I'll take it
In light of everything that's happened in the last 2 or 3 years...I feel filthy as hell knowing I was rooting hard for y'all after y'all beat my team and advanced to the Superbowl. I wanted Ray and Ed to have their moment, and was happy for them when they won. Always respected the way your guys played.

But **** your owner, **** your ho *** head coach, **** above average Jumpball Joe Flaggo, **** y'all players not living up to the big bad Ravens reputation when they're crying to the media about being "screwed" by every single little thing, **** your organization as a staff, label, and a mother ******* crew.

Ozzie is cool though. I like him.

^^He might be slumping but he's still been winning games at the end of the day. I still think he turns it around and helps GB win the division

I got the Vikings winning it still because of their defense.
