The NBA Draft Thread

Alkins jumper is substantially better than Lance's at the same point, probably even better right now :lol that comparison is off.
The only comparison is that they are just big strong guards from Brooklyn :lol

Fox over DSJr is interesting

I would.

Fox is a better shooter than he's shown and has more upside than Dennis if we compare both of their ceilings.

Dennis has a higher floor on offense but lower floor and ceiling on defense.

Lantz
Whitehead
Rawle

Lincoln stay producing them big 6'5 Dark Skin guards. Brooklyn ***** :lol

That's because they are all basically 2nd and 3rd cousins. :lol

Them ****** all look alike, body and face wise, **** is crazy.

If I want a 3/4 I'm taking Isaac before Tatum.

And Fox before DSJ is wild to me.

Guess I'm just doubtful on his ability to ever consistently score outside the paint. His FT% is ok so his shot isn't completely broken I guess. He also should be a better defender than DSJ.

Eh.

I wish Dennis had a little bit more wiggle with his ball handle. This is the only thing stopping me short of saying Franchise, which is a comparison I like. Francis even at Maryland seemed less stiff than Dennis

Personally I have them pretty much dead even and I have Ball ahead of them (something I don't think you agree with hahaha)

Fox's mechanics look okay. I don't have numbers in front of me but just from watching him it seems like he shoots pull up mid range jumpers at a good percentage.

I just need the Knicks to stay in the top 7 :lol

How much hype is this draft lottery gonna have? :lol

Going to be wild, things can go so many ways.

I find it even more weird cause Fox mechanics don't seem bad it just doesn't go in maybe he just doesn't have touch

Was listening to the Lowe/Simmons pod and they were talking about how this is going to be the craziest draft lottery ever. So many different things can happen.

There's usually one out of nowhere pick in the lottery too (Kings picking that center comes to mind). Can't wait to see who that is this summer

Vlade gonna end up using his two picks on Hartenstein and Harry Giles

Recent surprises, or at least mild surprises

2016: Brown, Kings Center

2015: Ratsull at 2

2014: Gordon

2013: Bennett

2012: Waiters

2011: Thompson

2009: Kahn!!!

Not sure if anything will ever top Kahn in '09.

Dude could've literally set the Wolves up for 10 years but instead set them back 8 years. :lol

I don't think Vlade can help himself from drafting a 7 footer.

They gotta WCS and Skal to build with but watch them draft another big in the lottery.

Vlade is best at drafting to win another Summer League championship. #Dynasty

It will be really hard for Sacramento to screw this one up if they end up with 2 picks in the 5-10 range. They have an obvious need at PG and will likely be able to choose between Fox and DSJ. Then they'll probably be able to get one of Isaac/Markkanen/Bridges.

They are the Kangs though.

Vlade will draft Fox and Smith or Harentein and Giles like Buc em said

Kevin Johnson's ghost will live forever

Never underestimate the Kings propensity for screwing up a draft!

*whispers* in Vlade's short history in KANGZ GM, he's actually drafted decently well *whispers*
