Bruh ....

This Mav game really did take the heat if Fiz for a bit.

Even my boy, die hard Knicks fan, that was calling for Fiz head right before the game approached me today and said ....

You know, Fiz is right though! We are only 1.5 games of the playoff we have a better winning record than the Warrior and ....

He continued to rationalize Fiz comments.

**** that!!!

We’re all prisoners of the moment to a certain extent.

Fiz looked like he wasn’t even mentally there until he realized we had a chance in the second half.

Get Sam Hinkie in here
Easy pass, the only thing he was good at was tanking. and he swung and missed on a few high lottery picks. Got super lucky with Joel and his injuries. And he’s made a lot of unnecessary head scratching trades. Hinkie was literally trading just to trade, like it was some fantasy league.

Here's some fun facts

Mitch is shooting 88% in the PnR (literally the best PnR big in the league)
Frank is shooting 42% on catch and shoot 3s (81st percentile in spot up)
Morris is shooting 54% on catch and shoot 3s (90th percentile in spot up)
Knox is shooting 46% on catch and shoot 3s (76th percentile in spot up)

So we have 3 statistically elite spot up shooters and the best PnR big in the league, plus a ball handling 2 who has good vision in the PnR. Does it not make sense to run RJ-Mitch PnRs with Frank/Knox/Morris also in the game and spotting up? Our defense would still be good too

That lineup has gotten 3 total minutes all season. Take that for data

If that’s what they wanted and Mills was so convinced that KP was going to leave for nothing, you have to do that deal. Superstar player at only 26, for KP and the 3rd pick, which you never know how they will pan out in the league, for a 26 yr old superstar.
AD isn’t a winner. Dude won nothing in nola. We would’ve been worse off than we are now.

Remember when Chris Duhon was suppose to be our future, and the article said we overpaid him at 6.5 million for 2 years ?

Chris Duhon celebrated his July 4th by verbally committing to the Knicks, agreeing to terms on a two-year, roughly $6.5 million contract, his agent Kevin Bradbury told The Post today.
With Orlando unable to extend Duhon a formal offer until after the Magic explore the Corey Maggette situation, the Bulls backup point guard chose the Knicks, who courted him on the first day of free agency and extended him an offer immediately.
Bradbury said he’s been told by the Knicks he will have every opportunity to be the starting point guard and is expected to compete with Stephon Marbury during training camp. At the very least, Duhon would be in position to start the following year when Marbury is expected to be gone. Duhon can’t officially sign until July 9th. A source close to Donnie Walsh said Duhon’s signing does not mean Marbury will be demoted or bought out.
Bradbury said a major factor was Duhon’s fondness of playing in Mike D’Antoni’s system. “You only get so many chances to get your game to the next level and to be able to be a starter,” Bradbury said. “He’s been told he’ll be given every opportunity to win that job.”
