Thank you. Looking like I’m gonna half size up. Wish I could try a pair on but that won’t happen.

I got my first pair of Kobe 9. It my first time trying the traction. Is it really that slippery when it comes to tiled floors? Or is there something wrong with my outsole.

I think my soles hardened because it was just stored and did not get used. Any advice to soften the soles?

Probably just walking around with them outside breaking them in.

Nah mate. Sorry for the misunderstanding, our house's floor are tiled. I just tried it there. It gripped a bit better on hardwood, but still slippery. The soles really just hardened.

I went back and forth with the EM sizing. I ended up going .5 up since my pinky toes felt like they were riding on the upper lip of the insole if that makes any sense (probably not)? Mind you, I don’t have wide feet and the shoe didn’t even feel tight width-wise in the toebox; it was simply an issue with the insole. I don’t recall anyone even having the same issue as me either to be honest.

Elites were way too tight length wise TTS. Didn’t think twice about .5 sizing up since my toes were pressed against the toebox. Made the mistake of getting one pair of Roshes with nearly no spacing and it felt like my toes were bruised after a few hours. They ended up being turned into “take my dog out to poop” shoes.

i have a good bit of 9.5 elites but the hype is done for the Kobe 9 so they will probably just sit in their boxes. I was able to wear them daily but changed floors at work so back in boxes they went after a clean-up.
