Never been so locked in but my computer twitter gets the tweet damn near 30 seconds after my phone and I got fast internet. Never will I wait on the computer for the tweet going forward.

Use tweetdeck.  Have two columns - 1 with twitter handle from NT and another for messages.  Have everything pre-typed...All you have to do is glance at the hashtag (make sure to enable pics on large sz)
