2-8 at best

5-1

🤫🤫🤫🤫

If draymond touched that ball inside the cylinder, should be goaltending on him.

Touching the ball inside the cylinder should supercede touching of the net. Especially if touching the net doesn't upset the basket at all. Players touch the net all the time.

How do you award the basket to draymond? Curry should've been awarded the basket. By awarding the basket to green, you're basically saying him touching the ball inside the cylinder is ok.

Just imo

They corrected it and gave Steph the points

I understand why they made the tournament, but why would you call it “in-season tournament”. That makes it sound even more lame. I’m personally all for it though. I like drayma.
If the tournament is a success, they'll get a sponsor and name it after Stern.

they counted the layup for Steph not sure where this fake news narrative coming from.

Neither Giddey nor Dray had any impact on the shot. One could argue that pulling on the net during the ball being on cylinder actually has more impact since it makes the rim move around.

Steph happens.

ESPN

The ball was going on anyway. Draymond having no "impact on the shot" means nothing. If he touched the ball in the cylinder, it's an offensive goaltend, period. Now if giddy grabbing the net moves the rim at all, then it's a defensive goaltend.

those are the rules.

Don't mistake my opinions on interpretation of the rules for dubs hate.

You'll just confuse yourself

Relax

Some team needs to get Brogdon from us. He's too good of an asset to just rot in Portland while we rebuild.

OKC where them 1st round picks at :nerd:

Sidenote: I still hate how teams lose a timeout even for a succesful challenge NBA can't get the challenge rules right for some reason

The main problem fans seem to have with the play-in tournament is understanding that it holds no real significance. The regular season, playoffs, and finals still exist. The in-season tournament wasn't adequately explained, and beyond cash prizes for players and coaches, it's unclear what benefits it offers to the fans. The only outcome seems to be that fans of the winning team have to defend their victory even though the prize was essentially nothing.
The benefits to the fans is that, when they pay their hard-earned money for a ticket barring injury, players are almost guaranteed to play. Can't keep disappointing your ticket buying public with players sitting out games.
