this situation is anecdotal always do the math and ask yourself if now is a better time to buy than down the road they may not have your size it could be a return or if its Nordstroms it was already at the club under the bed but the tag still on so its Gucci ?

On a $100 item 30 and 30 comes to $49 so you’d save a dollar compared to 50 off.

They have a bottom line they’d like to get each item off at like any business and the rest is marketing.

It’s all relevant to the item though somethings will hit clearance and you’ll have 30% coupon somethings won’t and you’ll settle for getting it that day.

i shop in the clearance section of the polo outlets so the extra 30% coupon helps me more... the 50% doesnt apply to the clearance racks...i went yesterday and didnt see anything cheap enough for me to cop
