Every year I try to purchase a grail that is on my wishlist. Some things have been on my wishlist for a few months while other things have been on my list for years. I was fortunate to be able to put a check through more than one grail item this year. Not sure if it was the pandemic or the excitement of the Tokyo Stadium Collection, but it was a great year for purchasing.

Did you secure any of your RL grails this year?

New pickups:

winter stadium mashup hoodie has been tough to get for msrp or below. Seems to be a “sleeper” piece: nobody really talks about it, but hard to get.

Also, with the polo denim & supply capsule (or new sub brand?) it got me thinking about picking up a denim & supply logo tee.

(going to eventually convert a very large walk-in closet into a bit of a store/museum design. Thinking of doing shelves and racks like they’d have in a RL store, and then framing some pieces as art on the walls.. specifically going with logo items: the denim and supply tee, with tag still on it… the purple label logo tee with tag still on it. Etc)

Also, had my daughter try out the holiday outfit I got for her to wear on Christmas Eve. She’ll do the fancy dress on Christmas Day, but the custom polo bear long sleeve and patchwork red pants for the day before.
Think I’ll do this at holidays for my kid(s) moving forward.

(Side note: gave her a treat on a Ralph’s paris canapé plate.)

Btw, if you are curious what an Egyptian + Irish + Polish kid would look like (hospital said this was their first)…. Apparently they come out looking like they are from Wisconsin.

Lastly, some “hiking” inspired cotton pants on rl website now… not much detailing outside of a southwest inspired built-in belt.

Swung past the outlet near me yesterday. They got Winter Olympics pieces … pants, tees, hoodies in mens and a few vicious women jackets. My fault for no pics.

Outside of that, I didn’t see anything that wasnt there during the Black Friday sale.
