Just get the damn shot. What a mess. Was looking forward to watching him play, but only has himself to blame. 
The obvs solution to all of this was to have gotten the damn shot... but I think tennis as a whole needs to clarify how they want to the tour to go on from now on. Make it mandatory for all to get vax'd or don't play, I say. You have this medical-exemption option and that opens up problems for players to exploit.

Unless you have a disease or some type of syndrome where a vaxx could give you complications, there doesn't seem to be other valid medical exemptions.
