How do you feel? I almost at 3 months, it hasn't been pretty at all on my end.

I feel good. I think about it once in awhile and just tell myself I don’t need it. I know once I do smoke I’ll feel bad about it because I’ve been on a streak.

Wash in tap cold water , inside out with woolite dark and hang dry

What if it is a white or light colored shirt?

I did that before and the hanger killed the shoulder. I am thinking about putting the shirt in one of those net bags and putting it in the non-heat setting in the dryer.

Same thing just use regular Woolite .

Instead of hanging on hangers , get one of those clothing stands where u can lay the shirts over flat
