I feel like drug tests are an invasion of privacy.
What people do outside of the job is none of the employers business.

They say it's for protecting the company to ensure quality service from it's employees, yet we've all met tons of sober, incompetent workers, at various different jobs.

Getting older and seeing my body consistently fail me is not fun . I have been a pretty high level athlete my whole life. Was a soccer national champ when i was 13-15 years old. High School (didn't play in college), Semi-pro leagues...now im 33 and i broke my collar bone last year in a game and now what used to be a "knock" means i can't walk for 2+ weeks.
