good for you. just came back from competitive basketball. must say that I realized I am not the same anymore. really struggling and my athleticism is pretty much gone. other than a big chunk of freezer out there, I'm pretty much close to useless. limited movements both on offense and defense. couldn't jump that much. and nagging knees are killing me. dunno if I should ease on the deadlifts. I'm on a 2 week sabbatical right now while our team has a bye before we could return for our remaining games. resting and icing my knees. we have a strong team this year, could have been stronger if I and our center are not nursing some physical condition. otherwise, we would have been favorites to win it this season. our stronger competition have stacked up big men, so we have our work cut out for us.Had a soccer game with a new team today that was supposedly more “competitive”
Mind you my foot still hasn’t healed fully.
Played my game. Had a good game and scored. Only played half due to the discomfort.
After the game the coach gives me the most back handed compliment.
“oh you had a great game! Your in terrible condition but you play well”
Wasn’t sure if he was talking about my toe or me being chubby lol
Regardless. Took a nice picture of the field and Will be back next week
"Look at Racists Alley tho.
Kevin James?!? Now Im questioning the validity of this chart.
