After I found out that's what was used in the college cafeteria, I only ordered whole eggs. I don't even like the eggs that are liquid in the milk carton shape container.

Powdered is commonly used because it is not as perishable.

I don't know for certain. Maybe someone here worked there and has a better idea. Unless it is whole, probably liquid eggs or powdered eggs.
