My biggest advice to you would be to find a place where secutiry and respect are a priority. Too many places with people sparring full contact with new comers and not taking head injuries seriously. I heard a lot of stories of people going in and having to stop 2 months in because of various injuries. That shouldn’t be...

What do you guys use to sell old items ? I need to get rid of some old stuff and make a few euros...
Sneakers concerned, some caps too, and I'm a pretty bad seller, never succeed to sell anything on the Bay
Because as a buyer I succeed to gain some reputation but nothing serious at all, not even 30 stars I think, and as no one wants to buy shoes from a guy that do not have a solid reputation...

MMA would be your best bet since it encompasses all the other arts you listed plus more. I'm in the process of doing the same thing
