Can you elaborate?
Dreamt about my uncle last night.
Woke up crying and I’m realizing how hard I’m taking his passing.
Felt like we got to talk for a bit in my dream.
Gonna go out of town this weekend to get my mind of things. I start work on Monday again.

Not coming out of their pocketsAt the grocery store, this dude walked out of the store without paying. A cashier yelled "come back sir!". Then the other cashiers and the manager went towards the door, but stoppd right there. One of them asked "did he take anything?". The nearest cashier said "some chicken breasts". They didn't even pursue him, guess they were scared he had a weapon or thought it wasn't worth it.
A lot more people will attempt this if they know nobody will chase after them. I've seen a security guard at Ross follow a shoplifter at least a block away. Not coming out of their pockets
I spend that much on myself every couple weeks and I don't even eat fancy.Speaking of grocery store, I was at one tonight and it's crazy seeing the amount people spend on food cuz they get families to feed. Dudes payiny $150 $200. Glad I don't have kids
Most stores have a policy in place against non Loss Prevention associates exiting the building to persue a shoplifters. Penalties often include loss of employment. At the grocery store, this dude walked out of the store without paying. A cashier yelled "come back sir!". Real criminals are already aware this is the case. There were rings that would hit local Marshalls and TJ Maxx's like clockwork. Groups of 8 individuals, usually not all at once but they would come 3-5 at a time and do massive grab and runs. Load up carts and bounce. There was one group who was doing it with shoes. Would literally stuff the shoes in their pants and leave...talking 7 pairs at a time per person. And they would come back and do the same thing.A lot more people will attempt this if they know nobody will chase after them. Whoever hits the same store repeatedly deserves to get caught.Real criminals are already aware this is the case. There were rings that would hit local Marshalls and TJ Maxx's like clockwork. These guys end up getting major cases built against them. All that time they think they are getting away with the theft when in actually they are allowing them to increase the dollar amount they have stolen so the pursuit of legal action becomes serious vs it being petty theft.
Them not pursuing the shoplifter saved thier lives and their jobs.At the grocery store, this dude walked out of the store without paying. A cashier yelled "come back sir!".
