Bad joke consisted in disrespecting people claiming denouncing racism, so they both disrespected Moroccan and Whites, at least this is how I understood this from the extract I saw, they were trying to speak like white dudes...

They live in France, and France is too lax about too many things, so they surely didn't expect a reaction like this

Now they risk jail for a period between 1 and 3 years if i'm correct, + careers, as they're "famous", probably never be the same as their humor is very communal

It really sounds like karma when you try to make fun of another race and you finally insult your own one

There was something similar years ago with a Franco Algerian rapper who talked badly about Moroccan women in a song, he was not the only one, in fact there are clichés about every race and a lot of people are used to talk badly about their women / And Moroccans didn't forget it when he came in Belgium as there are a lot of Moroccans in Molenbeek if I'm correct

If they don't go in jail for a long time, which is possible, I guess it would be because of clemency due to Ramadan

Between this kind of stories and all the celebrities which are in trouble for many reasons, it really feels like Big Brother is watching you, as everything is posted on the Internet, you can have trouble years after it, a lot of people have been racist on the Internet years ago, and now they're famous, some people reveal it...

Im going end of the month for a few weeks. My friend who lives there says museums and stuff opened, shops and restaurants but a lot also still closed. I dont think itll be a waste of a trip as theres still lots to do and places to see. I never been so.

Everything is gradually opening up more and more by the week it seems like.

The governor just announced everything will be 100% open on June 15 (barring any setbacks) so you probably try to schedule something after that date to be safe.
