I woke up getting a call that my moms stolen car was recovered today. It was less than 2 miles away near the police station. They didn’t take anything from the car, all they did was joy ride because the car ran out of gas. I’m going to buy an alarm for it today.

Get this instead
While I was out DC last week with my friend's some of my brake lines literally busted (I now know due to rust and age) and brake fluid sprayed on the master cylinder and it messed up other brake related parts. So now all my brake cables need to be replaced along with the master cylinder and the brake booster. The shop said they would give me a discount since I've been going their for so long but it's still going to cost alot
