Random food story.
I gave up on cooking salmon after cooking it often for dinner for a year or so, because I often (not always) overcooked it and that thing was dry. I switched to barramundi, but that's nowhere to be found in my area nowadays. I resorted back to the Atlantic salmon at Costco. I told my friend about it in which she suggested I air-fry it, and I've never done it. I've either always baked it, or cooked it on a nonstick pan. So I tried the air-frying method last Tuesday.
I'm never going back to baking or pan-frying it anymore. Jesus Christ, what a game-changer.

Dawg I remember my pops copping the little Caesar’s variant of this pie back in the mid 90’s when I was a kid in Rhode Island. 90’s pizza tasted so much better, also remember pizza parties at the sit down pizza huts in GA and the pizza ingredients were fire and piping hot, stuffed crust had just dropped and had the game on smash. Based on my childhood memories, Pizza Hut sit down were the best, Little Caesars was #2 and then dominos who wasn’t bad either in that order as far as national chains went.
