don't read it. turns out dude falsified alot of information in it, which bummed me the hell out. probably all that gun powder coke he was sniffing.
and as far as us not sending aid, countries all over the world pour billions of dollars of aid into africa, but many of the countries that need it most are so backwards and corrupt that the money always ends up in the wrong hand. you can't fix problems this complex by just throwing money at it. it would take a whole lot of blood sweat and tears to essentially reconstruct several of these countries and it would likely be more arduous and difficult than our projects in the middle east right now.
